Questions about the process
Where is my website stored?
In your account on our servers in Switzerland – automatically and with versions you can go back to at any time. Without an account, the draft stays in your browser.
How fast is my website online?
As soon as we have approved your first publication – usually within a few hours – it is reachable at your address with HTTPS. Your own domain is active as soon as its DNS record points to our server.
What happens to contact form messages?
They arrive in your account’s inbox and also by email. You can export them as CSV; after the configured retention period they are deleted.
Can I create several pages?
Yes – as many pages as you like, each with its own address, menu entry and SEO details, plus blog posts. The editor can also create imprint and privacy policy templates.
Does the editor work on a phone?
Designing works best on a computer or tablet. The finished website is of course optimised for every device – and you can fine-tune the phone view separately.
Can I change my website later?
Anytime. After the first approval, your changes go online instantly with one click – without another review.
